Correction policy

How to report an error in a GeneratorCalc calculator or guide, what to include, and how corrections are reviewed and made.

Tell us what looks wrong

Email [email protected]. Include the page URL and details to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Include the appliance/model, page and supporting source. We review units, running-versus-starting meaning and applicability before changing values.

Publishing corrections

Accepted changes belong in a new reviewed dataset release. Frozen releases are retained. Calculation changes require a new assumption version and updated reference tests. A report alone does not automatically change results.
